Examining the historical roots, intended meaning, logical soundness, practical value, broad applicability, conciseness, and empirical verification of the HPM framework enhances our comprehension of the theory and its clinical implications. The logical coherence, generalizability, and widespread application and testing of the HPM firmly establish its merit. The HPM was reconfigured to reflect current knowledge and support its application to adult motivation concerning physical activity. The HPM's thorough assessment empowers its use in clinical practice, impacting alterations in physical activity and health behaviors. To improve physical activity behavior, nursing engagement and intervention strategies should consider the HPM's insights into motivation.
Insufficient exploration exists concerning the associations between hindrances to implementing evidence-based practice and nurses' judgments about patient safety. This investigation sought to delineate the barriers nurses encounter in implementing evidence-based practice, examining their relationship to perceptions of patient safety and the incidence of reported events. A cross-sectional, descriptive study design was adopted for this research. check details Participants in Muscat, the capital of Oman, voluntarily answered a self-reported questionnaire, totaling 404 individuals.
